She clothes herself in autumn's graceful gowns,
In muted shades of grays, maroons, and browns.
Her hems trimmed with the maple's paling leaves,
Made brighter with the mosses that she weaves
Throughout her garb. While snowflakes here and there
Add glowing, shining accents to her hair.
And when her garments fade and grow too tight,
She decks herself in folds of sparkling white.
